This paper explores the critical role of the People’s Biodiversity Register (PBR) in advancing sustainable environmental conservation, through a focused case study from Sukali Village, Yavatmal District. The study presents a two-year (2023–2024) temporal analysis of biodiversity data collected via a mobile application designed to digitally document local biological resources and traditional ecological knowledge. The primary objective was to evaluate, analyse, and present the collected data in a structured and meaningful format. By processing the exported Excel data, the study highlights change in species richness, abundance, and habitat types using visual tools such as pie charts and line graphs. This case study demonstrates the value of digital PBR data in enabling effective biodiversity monitoring and supporting data-driven decision-making in environmental planning.
