The study is based on primary data collected from 150 respondents using a structured questionnaire. Statistical tools such as percentage analysis, Chi-square test, and ANOVA have been used for analysis. The findings indicate that factors such as brand, price, product quality, and customer satisfaction play a significant role in building customer loyalty. The study concludes that maintaining consistent quality and strong brand value is essential for sustaining customer loyalty in the competitive FMCG market
