Abstract: In the automobile industry, electric vehicles (EVs) represent a major technological advancement that is changing the way people travel and aligning with worldwide environmental objectives. This chapter offers a detailed overview of electric vehicles (EVs), covering their meaning, different kinds, the history of their development. In study secondary data has been used and the period of the study is of 5 years from 2021 to 2022 and 2025 to 2026. Variables used to analyse the financial performance such as return on capital employed, return on assets which shows the profitability performance of the selected companies, current ratio and quick ratio which shows the liquid position of the selected companies.  ANOVA test for the treatment of data has been used in this study. The viewpoint of profitability ratio pertaining that selected company make more profit from their employees and capital that shows the well financial position of the selected company. Bajaj Auto Ltd. is in good shape in terms of total return, such as Return on Capital Employed and Return on Assets and other company distributed less profit. Overall, the profitability scenarios of the examined evaluate and measure the profitability and liquidity of the chosen Electric vehicles Automobile companies varied greatly, although their liquidity positions are insignificantly different or the same.
