Time is always changing. We must live our human lives in keeping with these changing times. Therefore, it is necessary to move forward through successes and failures in real life and show the rising generation and children the path to the future. In this regard, as parents, teachers, and responsible persons of the society, there is something to be done to build a child's success and good character formation. Parents are the first teachers and guides who instill moral education, values, character development, and self-confidence through a healthy environment in the home, which enables their children to focus on their studies and choose a career path. With proper motivation, controlled praise, and education, they prepare their children for a self-reliant and happy life. In reality, parents not only provide food, clothing, and shelter but also prepare their children for the challenges of life by giving them a healthy mind, confidence, and proper guidance. Through this positive study, an attempt has been made to analyze what types of roles the parents should play if they want their children to succeed and form good character. In the field of success and formation of character of the children, this study will give a positive indication to the parents, teachers, and societies.
