Quasi-experimental research was conducted to examine the effect of yoga practice on aggression and self-control of juvenile delinquents. The study also emphasised the association of self-control and aggression. A total of 66 juvenile delinquents were selected as the treatment and control groups. A yoga module, which included physical exercises, breath control, and meditation, was provided as an intervention to the treatment group for four weeks. The study's results demonstrated a decline in aggression and an increase in self-control among the treatment group compared to the control group. Additionally, the association between self-control and aggression became weaker after implementing the yoga program among the juvenile delinquents.
