A composite is a multiphase material in which two or more materials with different physical or chemical properties are combined to produce a new material with enhanced mechanical, thermal, or chemical performance. Typically, one material acts as the matrix (binder) and the other as the reinforcement (strength-providing phase). In this work, epoxy-based hybrid composites reinforced with Sisal and S-glass fibers were fabricated. The Sisal fibers were pretreated with 5% NaOH to improve interfacial adhesion, while Graphene was introduced in weight fractions of 1%, 1.5%, and 2% to study its influence on the overall composite properties. The epoxy resin and fiber contents were maintained at a 60:40 ratio during the fabrication process. The prepared composite specimens underwent water jet machining and were tested for Izod impact performance in compliance with ASTM D290 standards. The obtained results showed a substantial improvement in toughness due to the combined effects of alkali-treated fibers and Graphene reinforcement
