Protecting the Rights of Migrant Women Workers in India: A Constitutional and Legislative Analysis

It analyses the right and protection afforded to migrant women workers under the Indian Constitution, Labour laws and International Convention. The paper also explores the challenges faced by migrant women workers such as exploitation, discrimination and lack of access to justice. Recommendation is also provided to enhance the constitutional and legal framework to safeguard the rights and wellbeing of migrant women workers in India.
