Abstract: The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes the importance of educational technology (EdTech) as a vital tool for achieving inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education in India. Given the diverse needs of learners stemming from socio-economic inequalities, linguistic variations, and differing abilities, EdTech presents considerable opportunities to improve access, engagement, and educational outcomes for students. This research paper is conceptual and review-oriented, relying solely on the examination of existing policy documents, government publications, and academic literature, without the collection of primary data. The paper investigates how EdTech-facilitated inclusive education corresponds with the objectives of NEP 2020 by promoting personalized learning, assistive technologies, blended learning approaches, and open educational resources. Additionally, it delves into the role of educators in fostering inclusive digital learning environments and highlights significant challenges such as the digital divide, infrastructure constraints, accessibility issues, and teacher readiness. The study posits that although EdTech has the capacity to enhance learning outcomes for all students, its success is contingent upon equitable access, inclusive design, ongoing professional development for educators, and evidence-based practices. The paper concludes that the strategic incorporation of EdTech, aligned with the principles of NEP 2020, can play a crucial role in developing an inclusive and learner-centered educational framework in India.
