This research investigates the connection between ICICI Bank's financial performance and its stock price trends over the past 15 years (2008–2023). Key financial indicators, including Earnings Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), and Net Interest Margin (NIM), were analyzed to determine their impact on stock price movements. By employing tools such as descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression modeling, the study identifies significant relationships between these metrics and the bank’s stock valuation. The results provide useful insights for investors, analysts, and researchers about the predictive value of financial performance in the banking sector.
