Abstract: This paper explores the relationship between cryptocurrency and financial inclusion, highlighting the potential of cryptocurrency to promote financial inclusion and economic development. Despite its potential, cryptocurrency is hindered by regulatory, technological, financial, social, and economic barriers that exclude underserved populations. To bridge this gap, a multi-faceted approach is required, involving governments, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, technology providers, and civil society organizations. By promoting financial inclusion, cryptocurrency can create a more equitable and just society, providing access to financial services and economic opportunities for all.
