Despite its potential, cryptocurrency is hindered by regulatory, technological, financial, social, and economic barriers that exclude underserved populations. To bridge this gap, a multi-faceted approach is required, involving governments, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, technology providers, and civil society organizations. By promoting financial inclusion, cryptocurrency can create a more equitable and just society, providing access to financial services and economic opportunities for all.
