The rapid advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has transformed the role of librarians from traditional custodians of books to facilitators of digital knowledge. This study explores the ICT skills among librarians, assessing their competency levels, challenges faced, and the impact of ICT proficiency on library services. Through surveys and data analysis, the study identifies key ICT skills such as digital resource management, online cataloguing, database navigation, and the use of library automation software. Findings reveal that while many librarians possess basic ICT skills, gaps remain in areas such as digital preservation, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. The study highlights the need for continuous training programs, institutional support, and policy frameworks to enhance ICT literacy among librarians.
