Abstract: The transition from education to employment has emerged as a significant obstacle for both institutions and students in an era marked by rapid technological change and shifting job market dynamics. The multifaceted effects of career counselling, internship programs, and related placement services on students' employability and successful job placement are the subject of this investigation. The research employs a mixed-methods approach to decipher the experiential value of these interventions beyond quantitative outcomes.   Findings indicate that structured career counseling enhances student clarity in career pathways, aligning aspirations with market realities.Internship experiences act as pivotal bridges, offering professional exposure and practical skill acquisition that significantly boost placement confidence and conversion.  Ancillary support services ranging from resume-building workshops to mock interviews further scaffold students’ readiness for competitive recruitment environments. This study proposes a holistic framework in which personalized support, experiential learning, and strategic mentorship combine to drive placement success, highlighting the synergy between institutional guidance and student agency. In addition to confirming these services as essential educational investments, the implications call for ongoing paradigm shifts in student support in order to maintain relevance in a changing employment landscape.
