Conventional pharmacological treatments often yield insufficient long-term relief and may induce detrimental side effects, leading numerous patients to seek alternative approaches. This study report investigates the efficacy of yoga therapy a multifaceted mind-body practice in diminishing the occurrence and severity of TTH. Recent systematic reviews and meta-analyses demonstrate that yoga practices incorporating asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation significantly reduce headache symptoms and enhance psychological well-being. The primary physiological processes facilitating these effects include stress reduction, autonomic balance, and muscular relaxation. This synthesis uses a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative variables, to build a paradigm for the integration of yoga therapy into clinical management. The findings indicate substantial reductions in headache frequency, pain severity, and perceived stress, validating yoga as a safe, economical, and evidence-supported adjunctive approach for the therapy of tension-type headaches.
